Tata Motors finally launched its premium electric SUV till date Tata Harrier EV on 3 June 2025. The launch was significant as it is the first all-wheel-drive (AWD) electric SUV from Tata and for the first time the Harrier platform has been converted to a pure electric version. The Tata Harrier ev comes in three trims:

The Tata Harrier EV comes with two battery options :
- 65 kWh
- 75 kWh

With the bigger battery (75 kWh), the Harrier EV claims a range of up to 627 km on the MIDC (Modified Indian Driving Cycle) . In the real-world, this range could be between approx 480-505 km, which is quite impressive.
This range will depend on the use-case like AC usage, traffic, speed and load. But, among EVs so far, this is one of the longest-range electric SUVs in India till now.
